Lynda DaCosse has been a full time California Licensed Realtor for over 30 years and the Owner/Broker of DaCosse and Associates for well over 20 years.  As a California native, Lynda has incredible knowledge of not only the California Central Coast, but generations of California history.

Lynda’s Real Estate education began in Southern California and includes a heavy background in commercial real estate, complex exchanges, the sale of high rise office buildings, 200 to 500 unit apartment complexes and other industrial complexes from Sacramento to Texas.  In addition, DaCosse and Associates was very involved in Professional Real Estate Management, land development and sales.

Additionally, and just as importantly, Lynda is continually updating herself on the rapidly changing San Luis Obispo County and Southern Monterey County profile.  Maintaining up-to-date information of these changes is fundamental in providing the best possible real estate guidance to her clients.  As a member National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, California Women for Ag, Paso Robles Chamber, Elks Lodge, Paso Robles Grange, Farm Bureau and many other local organizations, Lynda maintains current information on the constant changes which affect all aspects of vineyard, ranching, hospitality and other industries in our area.
